SELECTION PROCESS

Selection will be purely on the basis of evaluation of the answers to the questions attached in the application form.

We are committed to a transparent and merit-based selection of Yuva Leaders. The selection process will consist of the following stages:

• Online Application Submission : Complete the registration form on the website with personal details and the questions.
• Personal Interview : Final shortlisted candidates will appear before a selection panel (comprising senior government officials and program coordinators) for an interview or interaction round.
• Document Verification : Submitted documents (age proof, address proof, educational certificates) will be verified for eligibility compliance.
• Final Selection & Offer Letter : Candidates will receive an official offer letter and program joining details.
